This course is suitable for any organisation wanting to gain grants for work in Peterborough including community groups, faith based groups, minority ethnic groups.

Fundraising Regulator - good practice
This is a non-accredited workshop attainable by all levels of ability. A St Philip’s Centre/Near Neighbours Certificate of attendance will be given to candidates and each will be supplied with copies of fundraising toolkits, a power point presentation and a manual of tools and examples.

Workshop Expectations:

  • Community Groups will improve their skills and confidence in writing grant applications.
  • Identify ways to make informed decisions when writing project plans and cost for grant applications
  • Learn ways of upskilling group members to offer relevant input to grant applications
  • Providing a tool kit to refer to when writing grant applications
